The owner is lebanese and has made a name for himself in the lebanese fan community over the years that he has been working as a chef here in singapore. When he then also hired a chef from Turkey, the range of dishes on offer could hardly be topped. Turkish and Lebanese food prepared by experts from these countries – where else can you find something like this? In terms of price, the Byblos Grill, like the other restaurants in the area, is on the higher end. We would therefore recommend this restaurant for special occasions. You can also reserve the entire second table for yourself by prior arrangement with the restaurant, making it ideal for smaller celebrations with family and friends and company dinners.
